CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Mytaraz Garments Trading LLC, having its registered address at [Insert Business Address], UAE (“Mytaraz”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates the website https://mytaraz.ae (the “Mytaraz Platform”), through which it facilitates the sale and purchase of premium designer suits and related apparel and accessories (“Products”) to customers (“you” or “your”).
We are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience—from placing an order to managing cancellations, returns, and refunds. This Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”), along with our Terms & Conditions, governs how requests related to orders and returns are handled on the Mytaraz Platform.
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
- By using the Mytaraz Platform and/or placing an order for any Product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not proceed with your transaction on the Platform.
- We reserve the right to revise this Policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page each time you place an order to stay updated with the applicable terms.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS
- Once the invoice is issued or the Product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Orders can be cancelled fully or partially before the invoice has been generated or before dispatch.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@mytaraz.ae with your order ID and reason for cancellation. If eligible, a refund will be initiated within 2 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
- On receipt of the cancellation request prior to issuing and processing of the invoice we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 2 (two) business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase which can be used for subsequent purchases. All refunds shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.

Return of Products
- We do not have returns/exchange on international orders
- For Domestic Orders (Delivered in India)
- You may initiate the request for return of the Product if: (i) Product is damaged; (b) both the Product and shipping package have been damaged; (iii) Product is defective or is not in working condition; (iv) the Product is of bad quality; (v) parts of the Product or accessory is missing; (vi) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Reliance Ritu Kumar Platform; (vii) Size issue, or (viii) you are dissatisfied with the purchased Product (“Non-Compliant Product”). You shall initiate such requests for a return within 7/seven days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”).
2.1 Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled either fully or partially before the invoice is generated or the order is dispatched.
Once the invoice has been generated or the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email support@mytaraz.ae with your order ID and reason for cancellation. If eligible, a refund will be initiated within 2 business days via the same payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
2.2 Return of Products
For International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, unless:
- The Product received is damaged, defective, or
- A completely incorrect item was delivered.
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
For Domestic Orders (Within UAE)
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the Product if:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong size or item.
- Accessories or parts are missing.
- The Product is not as described on the Mytaraz Platform.
- You are otherwise dissatisfied with the quality or condition.
Return requests can be initiated by contacting support@mytaraz.ae with your order ID and reason, along with photos in case of damage/defect.
Important: Items on 70% or more discount are non-returnable. In case of damage, defect, or missing parts, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
2.3 Conditions for Return
Returned Products must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and not tampered with.
- All original tags, brand packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
- No stains, perfume, foul odour, or physical damage.
- Items sold as a set must be returned as a set.
- The return must be from the same account and match our order records.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
2.4 Return Process
Upon submitting a valid return request:
- Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the return process.
- For eligible orders, reverse pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner.
- Upon receiving and verifying the Product, a refund will be processed.
You cannot return Mytaraz online purchases at any physical store or outlet.
2.5 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned Product has passed our quality checks and meets the conditions listed in this Policy.
Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of successful return verification.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Shipping charges, COD fees, or any other additional charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a verified defect or delivery error on our part.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Note: Some banks or payment providers may take longer to reflect the amount in your account. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
